Securing Coiled Wire to Motorcycle
Optimum Length of Coiled Wire
Example of securing to a motorcycle

Remove the seat if necessary and secure the coiled wire to the frame (if the seat is not removable see an example below). Cover the coiled wire by the green protector tube to avoid marring the surface of the frame.

Secure to a frame on the right-hand side of the motorcycle (the same side as the key box on the jacket).

While not in use, keep the coiled wire under the seat or use a connector holder.

KAWASAKI Ninja ZX12R

If the seat is not removable, secure the coiled wire covered by the green protector tube to an exposed frame on the lower right side of the motorcycle.

YAMAHA XJR 1300(1200)

To secure the coiled wire when not in use, place the free end of the coiled wire in the optional connector holder (sold separately) or keep it under the seat.
